By accessing https://www.ptfclosing.com, you agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or content.

Service engagements begin after quote acceptance and initial payment (if applicable). Scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in your project agreement or invoice.

Clients must provide timely feedback, required assets, access credentials, and accurate project information. Delays in client input may affect delivery timelines.

Payment terms are specified on each invoice. Late payments may pause work. Accepted methods are listed on our Payment Methods page.

Deliverables are provided through the client portal, repository access, or agreed channels upon milestone completion and payment confirmation.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed work as specified in the project agreement. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and third-party components retain their original licenses.

Either party may terminate per the cancellation terms in the service agreement. Completed work and expenses incurred remain billable.

PTF Closing LLC liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Disputes should first be raised with support@ptfclosing.com. We aim to resolve issues amicably through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
